We have limited hotel room blocks at the Comfort inn and Suites Texas Hill Country in Boerne. You can call to reserve a room (830) 249 - 6800. The group name is "Garcia Wedding" to use the discount. Please keep in mind we preferred to give you freedom to choose where you'd like to stay; this hotel was the most affordable option for guests we could get at the best rate. However, there are many other hotels in the area. See "Hotel Accommodations" tab for other hotels.

No. The venue does not allow outside beverages. We will have an open bar.

The preferred option is online by clicking on the "RSVP" button on the homepage. If you choose to by mail, please mail back the RSVP card before the deadline.

No. We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please do not pull out any phones to take pictures or record. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer. We would love for everyone to enjoy this moment with us free of devices. You may take as many pictures and videos as you like after the ceremony.

Formal, Semi formal attire to dressy casual.

If you will be attending the ceremony please arrive 30min prior at 3:30pm. Most hotels and places of boarding will be between 20-30 minutes to the venue. If you are choosing the San Antonio area it will be about 45 minutes. Please keep this in mind.

Invitations will have a pre filled count for each guest. If you rsvp through this website it will have a number provided as well with your names and your guest(s).

Our wedding is outdoor. There will be an indoor option if weather does not cooperate.

Professional photos of the event will be provided on this website when they are developed and ready. This website will be up for 2 years so you can have the time to get your pictures. We will also provide a link to the folder.
